Mr. Lee Matthews founded SystemWare Europe in February 2000. Initially joined SystemWare Inc, working from an office in the UK the objective being to develop new business opportunities in Europe. Lee is responsible for the day to day operations of SWE covering both the Signal Analysis and SatCom areas of the business.
Lee joined the RAF in January 1960 as an apprentice at No. 1 Radio School Locking and during his 26 years in the RAF covered airfield ground to air communications, Skynet secure speech systems, satellite communications (NATO), secure communications (TEMPEST) and installation tasks world-wide. In the latter part of his career in the RAF became a Project Manager at RAFSEE Henlow responsible for Secure Installation tasks. On leaving the RAF as a Flight Sergeant joined a commercial company where he continued to be involved with TEMPEST leading to his involvement with SystemWare Inc.
In more recent years Lee has concentrated in building up the SystemWare Europe business supporting the MOD SatCom activities and providing SystemWare solutions in the surveillance areas of operations.
