New Managing Director

Our founder Lee Mathews retired on 31st December 2011 and we wish him a very long and happy retirement.

Lee is replaced as Managing Director of Systemware Europe by Martin Bell , who looks forward to a prosperous new year as our business continues as usual.

AccuFACE gets even quicker

SystemWare is proud to announce that its AccuFACE biometric facial recognition system has been improved. Already one of the fastest most accurate biometric systems on the market AccuFACE has been upgraded to improve its identification speed.

The firmware changes associated with this significant improvement are compatible with most AccuFACE models and provide an enhanced recognition sensitivity as well as speed.

UAV tracking system completes successful trials

Using the Quickset QPT500IC with 2 RF Channels QinetiQ have successfully completed the most recent trials on their Zephyr HALE (High Altitude Long Endurance) UAV programme.

The Quickset equipment, an integral part of the tracking and communication system used in this enterprising and prestigious programme, was supplied by SystemWare Europe.

SystemWare reduce TACO antenna prices by 40%

Owing to an internal reorganisation SystemWare have reduced the price of some of their popular TACO Muldipol antennas by up to 40%. This reduction makes these competitively priced superior antennas a cost effective purchase.

AccuFACE is the world's first IR-based Facial Recognition System with "Face-on-Card" capability

AccuFACE can now be supplied with an integrated MyLook Card® system. This allows customer’s to store their facial biometric data on a personal smart card thus eliminating risks associated with privacy misuse. SystemWare Europe expands its office space
1st July 2009

SystemWare Europe has increased its office space by taking over two vacant adjacent units with ARC Progress business centre. This expansion will allow for more efficient storage and provide a dedicated training environment.

SystemWare Europe is awarded FATS/3 registration
1st May 2009

SystemWare Europe has been appointed as a FAT/3 registered company with the Ministry of Defence (MoD). The Framework Agreement for Technical Support allows the MoD to enable fast and efficient procurement of Technical Support. FATS/3 was placed on the 1st April 2009 and will run until 31 March 2011 with an option to extend for a further year. FATS/3 has over 380 Participating Suppliers can be used by all MoD Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), Business Units.

SystemWare Europe releases RF Fibre Link product
1st December 2008

SystemWare Europe (SWE) is proud to announce the official release of its RF Fibre link product. The RF Fibre Link is designed to provide a loss free RF link between a tactical radio and an antenna.

The link can be up to 10km long, allowing physical separation of the radio and antenna.

SystemWare Europe announces new representative agreement with TACO
1st December 2008

SystemWare is proud to announce its cooperation with TACO Antennas. As of 1st December 2008 SystemWare Europe was appointed the representative for TACO products in the UK and Europe. TACO Communications is a division of Wade Antennas Inc and has manufactured VHF/UHF ground-to-air, ground-to-ground, and shipboard communications antennas for Military and Government clients since World War II. Products include the patented TACO Omni-Directional VHF/UHF Muldipol Antennas, Yagi Antennas, Helical Antennas and Coax Stub Antennas.
